Personal Injury
If you suffer an injury at work, home or in a car accident, your
claim must now first go to The Personal Injuries Assessment Board
(PIAB).
All cases are presented by written submission.
We can assist you in filling out your PIAB submission form as well as help
to gather the relevant medical reports and information that you need.
You will need to include copies of any correspondence you may have
entered into with the other parties and receipts of any costs or losses
that you may have incurred as a result of the accident.
There are strict time limits involved and great care and advice is
needed in relation to the making of claims.
